ANAS International S.p.A. (AIE – Italian State-owned company) signed a Technical Collaboration Agreement with the Government of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) through its subsidiary Empresa Gaúcha de Rodovias (EGR), with the aim to develop the state road infrastructure.
The Agreement was signed at Palacio Piratini in the presence of Mr. José Ivo Sartori, Governor of Río Grande do Sul, and the Italian General Consul of Porto Alegre, Nicola Occhipinti.
THALES is serving AIE as its financial and strategic advisor, and is it is providing support in ANAS’ objective to develop infrastructure projects in the region.
